Behandlingsansvarlig

Huken Brygg AS er behandlingsansvarlig for personopplysningene som samles inn gjennom Huken Club-plattformen.

Hvilke opplysninger samler vi inn?

• Kontaktinformasjon: Navn, e-postadresse, telefonnummer
• Personlig informasjon: Fodselsdato, kjonn
• Medlemsinformasjon: Rolle (business/forening/ambassador), organisasjonstilknytning, favorittdrink
• Besoksdata: Innsjekk-tidspunkt, besoksfrekvens
• Forbruksdata: Registrert omsetning knyttet til din profil
• Profilbilde: Frivillig opplastet bilde

Formal

Vi bruker opplysningene til:

• Drift av medlemsprogrammet, inkludert rabatter, events og lojalitetsordning
• Ambassadorprogrammet: poengberegning, rangering og credits
• Statistikk og analyse for drift av Huken Brygg (aggregert, ikke individuelt)
• Kommunikasjon: booking-bekreftelser, bursdagsvarsler, SMS-varsler

Rettslig grunnlag

Behandlingen er basert pa ditt samtykke (GDPR art. 6 nr. 1 bokstav a), som du gir ved registrering.

Deling av data

Vi deler ikke personopplysninger med arbeidsgivere, foreninger eller andre tredjeparter. Bedrifter og foreninger med avtale far ingen innsyn i sine ansattes/medlemmers individuelle data -- hverken aggregert eller spesifikt.

Tekniske underleverandorer (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio) behandler data pa vare vegne i henhold til databehandleravtaler.

Lagringsperiode

Personopplysninger lagres sa lenge du har et aktivt medlemskap. Ved sletting av konto slettes alle personopplysninger innen 30 dager.

Du har rett til:

• Innsyn: Be om kopi av alle opplysninger vi har om deg
• Retting: Korrigere uriktige opplysninger
• Sletting: Be om at alle opplysninger slettes
• Trekke samtykke: Du kan nar som helst trekke ditt samtykke tilbake
• Klage: Du kan klage til Datatilsynet

Data Controller

Huken Brygg AS is the data controller for personal data collected through the Huken Club platform.

What data do we collect?

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number
• Personal information: Date of birth, gender
• Membership information: Role (business/union/ambassador), organization affiliation, favorite drink
• Visit data: Check-in timestamps, visit frequency
• Spending data: Registered revenue linked to your profile
• Profile photo: Optionally uploaded image

Purpose

We use the data for:

• Operating the membership program, including discounts, events and loyalty rewards
• The ambassador program: point calculation, ranking and credits
• Statistics and analysis for operating Huken Brygg (aggregated, not individual)
• Communication: booking confirmations, birthday notifications, SMS alerts

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you provide at registration.

Data sharing

We do not share personal data with employers, associations or other third parties. Companies and unions with agreements receive no access to their employees'/members' individual data -- neither aggregated nor specific.

Technical sub-processors (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Retention period

Personal data is stored as long as you have an active membership. Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of all data
• Withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time
• Complaint: You may file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet)
